The coupling agent 560 is an epoxy functional silane, the appearance is a colorless transparent liquid, soluble in acetone, benzene, ether, halogenated hydrocarbons and other organic solvents, hydrolyzed in water. 5. Uses and precautions
1. Epoxy sealant for filling quartz, epoxy concrete repair material or coating filled with sand particles, and epoxy mold material filled with metal. Used in epoxy adhesives and sealants to improve adhesive properties.
2. Used for glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, ABS, phenolic resin, nylon, PBT, etc., to improve the adhesion of inorganic fillers, substrates and resins to improve their physical properties, especially the mechanical strength, waterproofness, electrical properties, heat resistance and other properties of composite materials, and have a high retention rate in wet state.
3. For inorganic filler surface treatment, inorganic filler is clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, aluminum powder, iron powder, aluminum hydroxide, silica, mica, glass beads.
4. The coupling agent 560 should be placed in a sealed container and stored in a dry place at room temperature, with a validity period of one year.
